Extra RAM for Magento Gold and Silver Hosting packages

Koowii have several server upgrades scheduled for Wednesday the 26th of May 2010.

We will be improving the quality of our Magento Servers located in our Sydney Data Center.by adding an EXTRA 50% more RAM.

Server speed is one of the most sought after features for Magento Hosting Customers and we are Always trying to deliver on Quality of our services and we understand more than anyone how more traffic to your new site should not slow down the quality of your web hosting, so to ensure that we are hosting happy customers the boss has given us instructions to go fourth and upgrade all Magento RAM.

The expected down time should be no longer that 10 mins from between the hours of 5:00pm and 6:30pm Wednesday the 26th of May.

The process will require our server technicians to shut down the servers, install the assigned extra RAM then Reboot the server.
