could be, or if you get only a few hits, it could be that someone in a different time zone is checking your site. Take a look at the IP addresses.

I would not say that the host is responsible. It could be a number of reasons.
Is the site up during the rest of the day?

Have you put any online marketing in place to draw traffic to your web site?

What country / time zone are you in, I found that if you are Australian or south pacific region (around the +10 GMT zone), The rest of the world is more active at about the time you stated .

I just can see how traffic can be manipulated between time zones.
