info on subdomain

When you add a domain to your account, it seems to automatically create a sort of subdomain.

For instance, my main account is Pennwooding.com.
I recently added tetraplegicliving. I was aware that another domain, Tetraplegicliving.pennwooding.com was created at the same time but I was always under the impression that this was an automatic subdomain. I just realised today that an exact duplicate of my website also sits on the sub domain. If I was to delete all the files from the domain Tetraplegicliving.com, would all the files be automatically deleted from Tetraplegicliving.pennWooding.com as well?
